Weekend in Pocatello

Well, last weekend was the Pocatello baseball tournament for Tyler. We left on Friday and Tyler played two games in American Falls on Friday and had two more in Pocatello on Saturday. Bryce's parents came Friday afternoon from Boise and were able to spend the weekend with us. We had a great time. First of all, Tyler's team 'Shock' won their first two games. Tyler was able to score the winning run at the last game on Friday. Boy did that pump him up!! Way to go Ty!

Then on Saturday, Brayden had two games in Tremonton. Brayden was able to spend the night with one of his teammates, Nick, whose dad is the coach. So he was able to ride with them to the games on Saturday morning. Jennette and I and Ellie left Blackfoot (where our hotel was) and drove an hour and a half to Tremonton to see Brayden play. I was glad to have Jennette with me so I didn't have to travel alone with Ellie. Brayden's team won their first game, but lost the second one. We traveled back to Pocatello after his games and made it in time to see Tyler's last game. It turned out that Tyler's team won all 4 of their games and were able to be in the championship game that night. The scary thing was that they were playing against the team that Tyler used to be on, Team Rock.

Tyler was very nervous and so was I. Our team tried our best but ended up losing 9-0. We stuck with them the first couple of innings, but couldn't seem to deliver at the plate. It was an awesome experience for the team and they will be better prepared to play Team Rock next time. Overall, we had a fun weekend of baseball. Way to go boys! :)

I love my garage!!

Well, Bryce has been one busy man for the past few months. First of all, he coated the garage floor with an almost paint-like covering that looks awesome and is so easy to clean. Then he installed garage cabinets and organization wall coverings. It looks awesome! Hopefully it can stay like that. Bryce is trying to sell the flooring and cabinets at Advanced so if anyone is interested give him a call. Thanks honey! You did a great job. :)

Weather Phenomenon

About a week and a half ago, we had some pretty crazy weather. On Sunday around 8:00 pm we got a crazy hail storm. It only lasted about 5 minutes, but boy did it hail like mad. It was pretty wild to watch. We opened up the front door and just watched in amazement. The boys thought it was pretty cool. Ellie wasn't sure what to think. I think it scared her a bit.

On Saturday, it rained the majority of the day and as we were leaving to go to the movie that night there was an amazing rainbow across the eastern sky. It was so beautiful!! This picture doesn't do it justice.
