Well it wasn't that great on the pocketbook. But we met the deductible for prescriptions for him so next time it won't be as expensive.
Today, Brayden actually played his last 2 baseball games of the season. He did great in his first game, but at the beginning of the second game when he was going up to bat, I could tell something was wrong. He started crying and said he couldn't breathe. I took him back to the dugout and they bumped him to the bottom of the order so he could catch his breath. I then took him into the shade to lay on the blanket for a minute. He was upset and I tried to calm him down and get him a drink of water. I had not brought the inhaler, which would have come in very handy. I guess I am not used to having a child with asthma. Obviously, sports is one of his triggers. I felt horrible. He didn't feel like going back into the game so we watched from the sidelines. I will probably never forget to take his inhaler with us wherever we go now. I learned a great lesson today!
